The purpose of this outline is to see how youth ministry, leadership development, and evangelism go together. It follows the principles of the Christian Endeavor movement.

Practice Learn by doing, Step by step
Young people themselves lead meetings, with oversight from adult leaders.
Not everyone is a leader. But everyone should have opportunity to develop their gifts to maturity.
Questions Do we train young people to lead all parts of their meetings according to their gifts and abilities?
Do they build up confidence?
Do they develop skills?
Do they learn to take responsibility for set tasks?
